Justin Bieber Paparazzi Hit & Run Case REJECTED !

The L.A County District Attorney Has REJECTED a case in which a Paparazzi accused Justin of HIT-AND-RUN.

The incident occurred last month after Justin and BFF Lil Twist left a nightclub in West Hollywood. As he was leaving, the paps were taking pics,apparently blinding hin. The Paps allegedly got hit and pinned in between Justin's Ferrari

Prosecutors Said;
There was insufficient evidence to prove that Bieber Knowingly left the scene of a collision in which someone was injured.
